A note from wandr

We know Terms of Service documents are usually not anyone's favorite thing to read. We wrote ours differently.

wandr is built around people sharing photos, stories, and experiences with one another. We want you to understand how the platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from every member of the community.

These Terms are our way of setting clear expectations. We want wandr to be a place where people feel comfortable sharing their stories and connecting with others.

1. Welcome to wandr

wandr is a subscription-based community operated by wandr LLC.

Members use wandr to create profiles, share photos and stories, discover what others have shared, and participate in a community built around personal experiences.

Unlike many social platforms, wandr is supported by memberships. We do not sell advertising, and we do not sell your personal information. Members are our customers.

By creating an account, subscribing to wandr, or using the wandr web application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your wandr Account

wandr requires an account because the platform is designed around a community of members.

When you create an account, please provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

Your profile may include:

• Your username
• Your profile photo
• Your biography
• Links to websites or other places you choose to share
• Optional information such as your location

Your profile and your photos, stories, and posts are visible to other wandr members.

Because wandr is a paid membership community, your profile and member activity are not available to people who are not part of the community.

Please keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, so do not share your password or allow someone else to use your account.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

wandr is available through paid subscriptions.

Your subscription gives you access to the wandr platform and its member features while your membership remains active.

If your subscription expires or payment cannot be completed, your access to wandr will be paused until your membership is renewed.

A paused membership does not automatically delete your account or your photos and stories.

4. Adults Only

wandr is an adults-only community.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use wandr.

5. Your Photos and Stories Belong to You

One of our core beliefs is simple: the things you create belong to you.

Your photos, stories, and other work remain yours. Creating an account with wandr does not transfer ownership of anything you share.

To provide the service, you give wandr permission to store, display, and share your photos and stories with other members through the platform. This permission exists only so wandr can work as intended.

We do not sell your photos or stories. We do not claim ownership of your work.

If we ever want to use your work outside of wandr, such as in a printed publication, book, or marketing project, we will ask for your written permission first.

You are always free to say no.

6. Sharing on wandr

wandr is a place for members to share photos, stories, and experiences.

When you share something on wandr, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

Please only share photos, stories, and posts that:

• You created yourself; or
• You have permission to share

You may not share photos, stories, or posts that:

• Contain pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity intended for sexual purposes
• Promote illegal activity
• Infringe on another person's rights
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Promote hate or discrimination
• Impersonate another person, organization, or brand
• Contain spam, scams, or attempts to manipulate the platform

7. Respecting Privacy

wandr is built around sharing, but sharing works best when people respect one another.

Please do not:

• Share another person's private information without permission
• Reveal personal details someone has chosen not to share
• Use another member's photos or stories outside of wandr without permission
• Attempt to identify or contact someone in a way that violates their privacy

Seeing something on wandr does not mean you have permission to copy, reuse, or distribute it elsewhere.

8. Moderation and Community Standards

We want wandr to remain a thoughtful and welcoming community. To help protect that experience, we may review reports and take action when needed.

We may:

• Remove photos, stories, or posts
• Limit certain features
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently remove accounts

We make these decisions carefully. We do not want to remove people's contributions unnecessarily, but we also have a responsibility to protect the community.

9. Reporting Issues

If you see something on wandr that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it through the tools provided in the platform.

We review reports and determine what action is appropriate based on the situation.

10. Copyright Complaints

Respecting creative work is important to us.

If you believe someone has shared your copyrighted work on wandr without permission, you may submit a copyright complaint.

wandr follows applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for qualifying claims in the United States.

11. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile is removed
• Your photos and stories are removed
• Your comments are removed
• Your access to wandr ends

If wandr permanently removes your account because of a violation of these Terms, your account and associated photos, stories, and posts will also be deleted.

12. Using wandr Responsibly

Please use wandr in a way that respects the platform and the people who make up the community.

You may not:

• Attempt to access accounts or areas you do not have permission to access
• Bypass subscription requirements
• Scrape or collect member information without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of wandr
• Attempt to copy or recreate the platform

13. Changes to wandr

We are always working to improve wandr.

That means features may change over time. We may add new things, remove things that are no longer useful, or make improvements to the platform.

14. Service Availability

We work hard to keep wandr reliable, but no online service can guarantee perfect availability at all times.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
